What’s available

Our Biospecimens

Available biospecimens may include:

  • Peripheral blood samples (processed and stored)
  • Tumour tissue (e.g. FFPE)
  • Derived materials such as DNA and RNA

Availability depends on cohort, cancer type and specific research requirements.

 

Associated data

Biospecimens are supported by de-identified data relevant to the approved research project, which may include:

  • Clinical information
  • Genomic profiling results
  • Pathology data
  • Epidemiological and family history information
