Our Programs
Explore the clinical trials we support and our precision oncology programs below.
Precision Oncology Screening Platform Enabling Clinical Trials (PrOSPeCT)
Omico’s landmark national precision oncology initiative and the largest cancer genomics initiative in Australia. Through a nationally coordinated platform, it expands access to precision oncology, accelerates research, generates real-world data and helps improve cancer care.
Cancer Screening Program (CaSP)
The screening program associated with PrOSPeCT, providing comprehensive genomic profiling and matching eligible patients with advanced, incurable and poor-prognosis cancers to innovative clinical trials and treatment options.
Molecular Screening and Therapeutics (MoST) study
The pioneering study that laid the foundation for PrOSPeCT, using genomic profiling to understand molecular changes in cancer and match patients with biomarker-led therapies. Recruitment has closed and follow-up research continues.
Surveillance study in Multi-Organ Cancer prone syndromes (SMOC+)
Investigating and evaluating the surveillance practices used for people at high-risk of multi-organ cancer.
Genetic Cancer Risk in the Young (RisC) study – Now closed
Studying genetic variants that contribute to inherited cancer risk in young people. Recruitment has closed and follow-up research continues.
