Clinicians

Omico provides free Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) to patients with advanced, incurable or an earlier diagnosis of a poor prognosis cancer, to identify potential matches to clinical trials with new targeted therapies.

Through our national and international partnerships, Omico is attracting more international precision oncology trials to Australia to increase treatment options for patients.

How our Cancer Screening Program (CaSP) works

If you or someone you know has advanced, incurable or an earlier diagnosis of a poor prognosis cancer, they may be eligible for CaSP.

  • The clinician submits an online referral form
  • The patient provides informed consent
  • Omico coordinates comprehensive genomic profiling
  • Results are reviewed by our Molecular Oncology Board
  • Potential treatment and clinical trial options are identified
  • Results and recommendations are returned to the treating clinician
